Risk-free Buying (Swap Program)
Worried about what items will sell in your environment? Well, don't! Try it all, because with our amazing SWAP
program, you can trade unsold merchandise for brand new product. The bracelets didn't sell? Trade them for
Pendants. Some colors didn't move? Trade them for colors that will.
You may Swap products once every 12 months, and the only cost is a $29 administration and return shipping
fee. Contact Customer Service to arrange your swap; prior authorization required. Note: Items returned for
SWAP must be unsold/unused/unworn, in original packaging in new condition. Altered or damaged packaging
will not be accepted.
Ordering:
GlassArt products are sold exclusively for resale at wholesale prices, with a $100 order minimum.
All orders must be placed using VISA, MasterCard or Discover. To keep prices down, we do not accept COD
orders or offer net terms on orders under $5000.00.
All orders placed will be reviewed prior to processing. Please note that your credit card will only be charged after
your order has been reviewed and approved.
Shipping
We are proud to offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for all domestic USA shipments. Orders will be shipped via
USPS, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground at our discretion. We also ship to most International destinations for
a flat rate of $49 USD, using USPS International Priority Mail. Some locations and/or other carrier requests will
incur additional shipping costs.
Due to our custom production process (we make many to order) we cannot offer expedited shipping options.

We will ship your order within 5 business days of receipt, or contact you if we are unable to ship during that time.
Warranty
We are pleased to offer a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover
breakage, normal wear and tear, tarnish, improper usage and batteries. Please note that styles, sizes and
colors may vary slightly from piece to piece, and that some pieces may include small air bubbles. These are not
imperfections, but rather, the hallmarks of artist-crafted, hand-made products.
